Please join us for the 5th Annual Jonathan D. Kirk Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit the American Heart Association's 2023 Capital Region Heart Walk. Every year, Team Huge Heart walks in memory of our beloved family member, friend and Team Captain, Jonathan Kirk.
Jonathan was the most generous, thoughtful and amazing person. For several years, he was the Team Captain of Team Huge Heart. It is our honor to walk in his memory.
Jonathan fought hard since he was 18 years old and was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy. Having received a pacemaker, an LVAD and a heart transplant, Jonathan was brave through it all.
Please join us for this amazing event to support a wonderful organization that Jonathan believed so strongly in and let's help put an end to heart disease.
